David Goodhart is a native of Overland Park, Kansas, although he has lived in Texas most of his life. A native Texan, Todd handles general business litigation matters involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, enforcement and breach of non-compete agreements, and defending violations of the Fair Labor Standard Act. Martin’s bankruptcy practice began in 1983 as a law clerk assigned to handle all bankruptcy appeals for the Southern District of Florida. From 1984 until 1999, Martin worked in private practice primarily handling bankruptcy creditor claims for Fortune 100 companies.
Matthew Alagha is an Associate Attorney at the Willis Law Group. Matthew’s practice focuses on civil litigation in a variety of areas including personal injury, transportation, general liability, premises liability, and insurance defense.
